a note from josh.....

It's been awhile since the last update. Things have been busy at home , work, along with racing. To start, i need to thank my wife kerrie for all her support throughout the race season. we had a successful season winning two features and rookie of the year and finishing 4th in points. I also need to thank all my sponsors, friends, and family that came out to watch me. please visit my sponsor page and patronize my sponsors so they can continue to patronize me. in mid july i also changed jobs. i left teaching high school kids to train collision techs. a little less stressful. i became a mobile welding qualification instructor for i-car. it eases up my schedule and i get to travel quite a bit. since august i have been to west palm beach, detroit, indianapolis, madison, and las vegas. while racing i also pit for a john mcmahon's mid am car on Friday nights at grundy. one night he left to go out of town and asked if wanted to drive so of course i obliged. i wound winning the heat and feature that night. a few weeks later i was approached by john senerchia to drive his backup car and ended up taking second in the heat and winning the feature that night and then drove his car the last night and finished 6th at the night of features after starting last. then a week later i loaned my car to john nutley so he could try and finish in the top 5 in points at illiana. he did what he needed to do and finished 5th in points. once again i hopped in john mcmahon's at illiana and went out for the bettenhausen and qualified 4th and finished 2nd while putting no new tires on. so while being on a roll in the mid am we took the car to rockford and ran short track nationals. i was asked a couple weeks prior to practice and qualify a cra car for rich segvich. so nationals was busy for me. we ended up qualifying 12th out of 30 cars which was great considering we had limited practice due to rain. the mid am car we qualified 11th and ran 2nd. in october we were not done yet we took the late model to lacrosse for the asa race though we didn't have a great day qualifying 33rd out 52. we finished 10th in the last chance race. later that night i spotted for john senerchia and he finished second. the last night of racing for us came at the bahama brackets in which i drove the mid car again and qualified 8th out of 160 cars. i won my qualifier race and finished 6th in the feature. as of today's date we are planning on running a late model at grundy for a high profile team. an announcement will be coming soon. also up to 6 asa races with our late model, and 2 cra race with rich segvich's car.
