opening night finally was here (04/21/07) and with only one day of practice from a week ago, josh was not sure how the car going to handle at illiana this year . with the track opening earlier, the crew was able to make some changes to the car  that made it comfortable for josh to drive. josh qualified 2nd with a 20.310. in the heat race 3 row inside, and finished 2nd. in the feature josh started mid pack, and after the green flag waved josh started to move through the field. as josh got to 5th, a car spin in front of him. when josh had made the decision to go the car that spun that car started to roll in the path of josh. josh had nowhere to go, and got caught up in the wreck. that finished the night for the team. josh finished 12th for the night.
